As of this morning, only 20% of staff have completed the mandatory flu review. This is a MOH requirement for you to work. This is due on December 14th. Each Paramedic is also required to submit the declaration to the office indicating that they have received the flu shot (and proof of that immunization) or that they are medically exempt (along with proof of such). Please review the Flu bulletin and indicate that you have read and understood by checking the box. The declaration form is also in the review package and can be completed and sent to the office. If you need a flu shot - please contact one of our community paramedics. Thank you.
